Mission, Vision, and Values

Our Mission:

Creating art with community; creating community through art.

Our Vision:

To make the arts accessible to all, and to empower the artist in everyone we work with, everywhere we go.

Our Values:

We believe innovation and transformation cannot occur without imagination, and that every individual's process of creative self-expression is worthy of support and acknowledgement.

We believe in learning, growing and doing better when we know better. Making and sharing art helps us better understand ourselves, one another, and the communities in which we live, work, study and play.

We believe in fostering safer, braver spaces in which people of all ages, abilities and walks of life can find a creative homeplace, and express themselves joyfully, and without fear of judgement.
